Deferred Waitlist Payment

Pay an annual fee of $150 for a max of 3 years and still stay in your spot on the waitlist. After 3 years and if you are still unable to join, you must either accept and pay full membership including equity and nonrefundable fee, go back to the bottom of the list or decline the offer. The $150 annual fee is credited toward the nonrefundable fee required when joining the Club.
